Salary Range ($42,000-$54,000 DOE)

The Tech II Dispatch Tech and Client Maintenance position will be filled by person(s) that possess the following skills, training, and attributes.

Must have

  • Performance issues
  • Error resolution
  • Configuration
  • Networking
  • Basic Router & Firewall Configuration
  • Internet & Cloud Technologies
  • Troubleshooting Layer 2 & 3 issues
  • WiFi Technologies
  • DNS, DHCP, VPN and other network protocols & services
