Salary Range ($42,000-$54,000 DOE)

The Tech II Dispatch Tech and Client Maintenance position will be filled by person(s) that possess the following skills, training, and attributes.
Must have
- Excellent interpersonal skills – Must provide our clients with outstanding customer service with every interaction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills – Must be able to document client support requests and keep clients updated on support request progress.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting ability – Effective and efficient technical troubleshooting skills are a must. Needs to possess the ability to turn client support requests into solutions by asking the client the correct questions and researching the appropriate solutions, then use this information to complete the support request in a timely manner.
- Self-Driven and highly productive with limited supervision – Current employees at Jasco Technology want to stay busy, in the rare instance that there is no work assigned to them they find things to do that will help our clients. Will be assigned multiple tasks and can prioritize and complete in a timely manner. Must thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Strong Windows Troubleshooting & Administration Skills Including:
- Performance issues
- Error resolution
- Configuration
- Networking
- Strong Network Administration Skills:
- Basic Router & Firewall Configuration
- Internet & Cloud Technologies
- Troubleshooting Layer 2 & 3 issues
- WiFi Technologies
- DNS, DHCP, VPN and other network protocols & services
- Strong understanding of computer hardware troubleshooting and upgrade/replacement
- Working knowledge of Backup Solutions
- Understanding of Antivirus technology (Prevention & Remediation)
- Must pass Background, Drug, and Driving Screen
- Understanding of Virtualization Technologies: Hyper-V, ESXi
- 3+ Years Working Experience in related field

Daily Tasks
- Manage & Prioritize multiple support tickets in a high-volume help desk environment
- Respond to client support requests by phone, email, and text message
- Keeping our clients updated and informed about their support request
- Documenting the support request in both our ticketing system and our document system
